This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable working independently, and has basic accounting or bookkeeping experience. Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Enter and maintain accurate financial information Assist with processing invoices and payments Reconcile accounts and help maintain organized financial records Assist with reviewing statements and identifying discrepancies Perform general accounting and administrative duties as needed Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and business information Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related office experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, recommended Some knowledge or experience with QuickBooks is helpful but not required Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage tasks and priorities independently Dependable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Job Type: Part-Time We are looking for someone who can become a reliable part of our administrative team and assist with keeping our accounting processes accurate, organized, and up to date. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smith Allergy and Asthma
