Location: San Diego Central

As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout your assigned territory.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare referral sources.

• Engage with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to support patient referrals.

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support regional growth and quality commitments.

• Assist referral sources and patients with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.

• Secure required physician documentation and support referral processing.

• Participate in sales, marketing, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Plan and participate in engaging marketing initiatives, networking events, educational lunches, conferences and community activities that strengthen relationships with case management and healthcare partners while increasing Lorian's visibility in the community

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience; home health experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of sales/business development experience in home health or a related healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of the local medical community.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to confidently communicate and present to both small and large groups.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Annual Compensation Range: $90.000-$120.000
