Personality Traits: Highly organized and self-motivated Team-oriented and collaborative Confident communicator and decision-maker Friendly, upbeat, and a morale booster What You Bring Proven track record of success in sales (home services or HVAC/insulation preferred) Experience managing or coaching sales reps is a big plus Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and performance metrics Comfortable managing multiple priorities and teams simultaneously Day-to-Day Responsibilities Run and manage incoming leads and lead assignments Track performance and daily activity of all sales reps Check in daily with each sales rep to offer support and review progress Review signed contracts and ensure proper handoff to operations Confirm upcoming job installations and address any gaps Coordinate with the operations team on complex or custom project needs Monthly Responsibilities Monitor and report on individual and team close rates Prepare and deliver monthly commission reports for all sales reps Identify underperformance and provide coaching or correction Analyze trends and opportunities for improvement Overall Duties Hire, train, and (when necessary) terminate sales reps Manage and grow the sales team, maintaining high morale Set and adjust sales incentives to drive motivation and results Maintain accountability toward quarterly goals set by leadership Strategize and implement new avenues of sales growth Lead weekly sales team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and training Attend weekly company-wide leadership meetings to align with other departments Competitive base salary + commission structure for individual and team performance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth in a fast-expanding company Collaborative, supportive company culture 401k Match How to Apply Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re a great fit for Terra Insulation and this role.
