REQUIREMENTS: a valid driver's license, have your won vehicle ( but open to provide company truck), a registered your business with the state with EIN and liability insurance, strong communication skills, preferably with 1-3 years of sales experience (in construction) highly preferred.
Core Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales, customer service, or construction experience is usually required, with 3 years often requested for senior roles.
- Physical & Logistics: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for traveling to job sites.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills are necessary.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn roofing products, services, and local building code/permit regulations.
- Technology: Familiarity with our CRM software (Joist), CompanyCam, One Clic Code, Hail Recom, QuickView, Microsoft Office,

- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues like material shortages or weather delays.

Typical Responsibilities
- Identifying and prospecting new customers, often through door-knocking or lead follow-ups.
- Performing roof inspections and identifying damage.
- Creating and presenting project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Managing customer expectations and resolving complaints.
- Facilitating the insurance claims process for clients.
- While experienced sales professionals are preferred, some companies offer training on roofing products for those with strong sales backgrounds.
