Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Prepare full financial statements and support fund accounting operations as the Senior Accountant
• Oversee payroll and benefits accounting, including HUD-related compliance requirements
• Assist with month-end close and support the Finance Director in reporting and analysis
• Support board reporting and help communicate financial results effectively
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and support departmental efficiency

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience preparing full financial statements as a Senior Accountant
• CPA or CPA track highly preferred for the Senior Accountant
• Experience with Yardi, ADP, or similar systems preferred
