Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering insight into students' mental health concerns, strengths, coping resources, and any barriers to academic success.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with individualized goals for students, engaging with both students and families in the planning process.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care that supports student learning and emotional health.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning, providing immediate support during critical situations for students experiencing emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to ensure proper tracking of progress and updates.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at empowering students with tools and strategies for managing their mental health.

• Engage in regular case reviews and supervision to enhance service delivery and personal professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents who may struggle with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will provide psychoeducation to families and help equip them with resources to foster their child's emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
