Location: Rochester Hills, Michigan

Compensation: $45,000–$70,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonus

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule within business hours (typically 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)

Work Setting: 100% Field-Based (In-Person)

This is not a desk job.

This is a field-based healthcare sales position where you'll spend your day:

• Visiting physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities
• Building relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, therapists, and office staff
• Educating referral sources on Guardian Angel Home Care's Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services
• Earning referrals through consistent face-to-face relationship building

What You'll Actually Be Doing (Daily Expectations)

Full-Time: 12–15 in-person stops per day

Part-Time: 6–8 in-person stops per day

A stop may include:

• Meeting with physicians and referral coordinators
• Calling on hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities
• Educating referral sources about available DME products and services
• Following up on current patients and pending referrals
• Strengthening existing referral relationships while developing new ones

Success comes from consistency, visibility, and excellent customer service.

• Develop referral relationships with:
  • Physician offices
  • Hospitals
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
  • Rehabilitation Centers
  • Assisted Living Communities
  • Specialty Clinics
• Promote Guardian Angel Home Care's DME products and services
• Generate new patient referrals
• Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to ensure timely equipment delivery
• Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources
• Execute a structured territory management plan
• Document marketing activity using CRM software
• Represent Guardian Angel Home Care professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, DME, home health, hospice, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, or related healthcare marketing preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and territory management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CRM experience is preferred but not required
