About the Role We are seeking a multitasking Front Desk Associate to manage our reception area, handle client orders, and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and resolve inquiries. Order Management: Accurately take, process, and track client orders. Operations: Manage administrative tasks and utilize internal operating systems. Qualifications Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Armenian (highly preferred). Skills: Strong communication, proficiency with computer systems, and excellent multitasking. Experience: Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
