Maintenance Specialist
Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Sacramento Natomas
Maintenance specialist ensures uninterrupted functionality, safety, and operational integrity of all hotel facilities through consistent, precise, and proactive technical upkeep
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house systems
- Execute basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment upkeep
- Respond to work orders with speed and accuracy
- Maintain safety standards and document all completed tasks
- Support facility inspections and identify issues before failure
- Care and support the Hotel Shuttle
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or commercial maintenance
- Functional English communication
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures rapidly
- Competence in basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Consistent reliability and independent task execution
