Job Summary

Under general direction organizes, coordinates, promotes, and manages various projects related to facilities, maintenance, and operations for Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) programs and departments; serves as the project manager for warehouse operations; performs a variety of technical and support services in developing and monitoring project timelines and program activities; performs other duties as assigned.

An eligibility list is being established for the Project Specialist I, Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations Support position. Candidates on the eligibility list will be considered for full-time, part-time, or limited-term positions while the list is active.

LOCATION/WORK SCHEDULE
• Work Location: SCOE main campus, Mather, CA
• Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


EXAMINATION/SELECTION PROCESS
Qualified candidates will be invited to complete remotely administered examinations, requiring a computer, webcam, and microphone. If you are unable to participate remotely, contact the designated representative before the deadline to make alternate arrangements.


Tentative exam administration dates:
• Slated to begin: 6/17/2026 - 6/23/2026
• Final Interview: Held in person, date to be determined
