Star Sleep & Wellness is growing!
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Patient Administration Coordinator for the front desk at our Florida location. As a Patient Administration Coordinator, you will set the first impression for our patients, so a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills are imperative. Medical experience is not required, but you should be comfortable using and learning a variety of technologies and software. It is also important that you are detail-oriented. Daily tasks will include (but are not limited to) greeting patients and checking them in, ensuring that patients have all needed documents/insurance cards, assisting with receiving deliveries, spreadsheet tracking, chart prep, and working closely with the clinical team. Our ideal candidate would be bilingual, but that is not a requirement.
Schedules include a full-time shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or a part-time afternoon shift (Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM), with some flexibility based on business needs.

With Florida being our newest location, initial training will be conducted within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. All travel expenses will be fully compensated, and we will provide further details during the interview process.
