Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN for Hospice to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address patient and family needs, including physical, psychosocial, and safety aspects.
• Document nursing assessments, goals, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized pain management plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on interventions, medications, and care processes.
• Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ample hospice experience including on-call and admissions expertise.
• Experience using the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system.
• Flexibility to provide care across multiple locations as needed.
• Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of holistic and family-centered care approaches.
• Familiarity with National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization standards.
