- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and filings with regulatory authorities.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders on various legal matters.
- Conduct legal research to support the legal team's activities.
- Support due diligence processes and manage transactional documentation.
- Manage and track deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements.
- Assist with special legal projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
- Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vison and 401k with a match.
- Hybrid working schedule (1-2 days from home per week).
- Collabortive culture within the corporate practice area.
