Position Summary

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Connected Crew Health, LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health care to individuals across North Carolina. Key Responsibilities

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribing and managing medications as appropriate.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic care.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, community-based care.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
