Front Desk Team Member | Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)
Pay: $15.00+/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts | Rotating Saturdays
At HealthCARE Express, the patient experience starts before they ever see a Provider. Our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) team is often the first and last interaction a patient has with us, and we're looking for someone friendly, dependable, and ready to keep things moving in a busy clinic.
If you enjoy working with people, can handle multiple things at once, and know how to stay calm when the front desk gets busy, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoAs a D.O.F.I., you'll help keep the front office running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcomed and taken care of. You'll greet and check in patients, verify insurance and demographic information, answer phones, collect payments, scan and maintain documentation, and help patients with questions or concerns.
You'll also communicate closely with Providers and other clinic team members, protect patient confidentiality, keep the front office organized, and step in wherever needed to help the clinic run efficiently.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are important, along with basic computer skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Medical office experience is helpful, but we're also looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Schedule- 12-hour shifts, typically 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
