DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and work directly with a James Beard Award-nominated chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2004) as we head into peak season. - Work side-by-side with the Chef during service
- Help lead the line and maintain standards
- Support prep, organization, and daily execution
