Sous Chef

The Ocean Club Restaurant & Bar

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and work directly with a James Beard Award–nominated chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2004) as we head into peak season.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a serious, professional kitchen .

We’re looking for someone who:

Is hands-on and confident on the line
Works clean, organized, and with urgency
Leads by example and supports the team
Is reliable — shows up, communicates, and follows through

What you’ll do:

Work side-by-side with the Chef during service
Help lead the line and maintain standards
Support prep, organization, and daily execution
Be part of building a strong, focused kitchen culture
