Whether you’re seeking full-time or PRN (as-needed) opportunities, this role allows you to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with clients of all ages, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized memory or dementia care. Your energetic and caring approach will help promote independence, safety, and quality of life for those you serve.DutiesAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportMonitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stabilityProvide medication reminders and assist with medication administration following HIPAA guidelines and care plansPrepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundrySupport clients during outings or community activities to foster social engagement and independenceUse specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts safely to transfer clients with mobility challengesObserve and report any changes in client condition or behavior to healthcare professionals promptlyExperiencePrior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferredKnowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to monitor vital signs accuratelyHands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, or dementia is a strong plusFamiliarity with care plans, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance is essentialExperience in social work or long-term care environments demonstrates a compassionate understanding of client needsAbility to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfersCertification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as hospice care or memory care are advantageousJoin us in creating a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
