Key Responsibilities Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards and health regulations. Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure kitchen is well-stocked. Monitor food costs and work to minimize waste while maintaining quality. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Collaborate with management to plan special events and seasonal menus. Lead by example to foster a positive and productive kitchen environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Cook/Chef or similar role in a healthcare or similar experience Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Creative mindset with a passion for food and innovation.
