Project Coordinator

Job Title

This individual will interface between Site Acquisition, Tower Host Liaison, Electrical, and Construction Departments. External coordination with FAA and FCC, city and county jurisdictions, and utility companies is also required.

Job Description

Typical duties include general administrative tasks such as communicating with Tower Host, workflow management, file management, project scheduling, work order generation and permit procurement. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly are necessary. Provides weekly progress updates to management as necessary.

Required Experience & Skills

• Effective communicator, with strong interpersonal and superior organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, a commitment to tight deadlines, and the ability to multi-task.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
• Experience working in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and be able to adapt easily to change.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative in style.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports and metrics.
• Confident in public speaking.
• Ability to use initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Consistent work in Billmax and project management software/database.
• File coordination request with FCC and FAA.
• Research permit requirements and apply for permits.
• Request 911 addresses for new construction.
• Prepare construction drawings as needed.
• Electronic and physical file management and upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

• No travel is expected in association with performing this position.

Physical Requirement

• The employee may be occasionally required to lift and/or move equipment and materials up to 20 lbs. This position may involve occasionally operating a motor-vehicle, which may require assuming a stationary position for extended periods of time.
