Location: Bradenton, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Ad-vance Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service & AP/PO Coordinator to support daily office operations. This position will be responsible for issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, answering and routing incoming calls, and assisting customers with billing and service-related questions.

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, detail-oriented and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with frequent customer interaction.

Essential Responsibilities

• Issue and maintain purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process invoices and assist with accounts payable-related activities.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously.
• Route calls to the appropriate department or employee.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with billing and service inquiries.
• Research customer questions and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, accounts payable, purchasing or office experience preferred.
• Strong telephone and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders and basic financial information.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn company-specific software.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Professional, dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
