Chula Seafood Grayhawk is fishing for a hardworking, food-loving PM Line Cook to join our Fish Fam. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

About the Role

As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you'll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for station setup, prep, service execution, cleanliness, and helping the kitchen finish every shift strong.

This is a hands-on position in a busy kitchen with more fresh seafood than you'll know what to do with.

What We're Looking For

PM availability required
Full-time availability preferred
1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen
Strong knife skills are a plus
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy service
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow
Seafood experience is a plus, but not required - we'll teach you the fish!

We operate our own seafood processing facility on the docks in Point Loma, California , giving our culinary teams incredible access to fresh seafood and a deeper connection to the product they work with every day.

Chula Seafood was named Best Seafood Restaurant in Arizona by Yelp in 2025 and has received recognition from Forbes, The Food Network, the James Beard Foundation, and more.
