Automotive General Manager

Perform all-purpose duties related to the overall operation of the center Manage risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates Monitor current financial performance metrics Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Protech’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards Provide top tier service to customers Requirements 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks Advanced understanding of Estimates Must have prior experience with OEM Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
