Loan Documentation Specialist (Commercial)The Loan Documentation Specialist (Commercial) is responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation for commercial and consumer loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload while working independently.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare files and documentation for commercial and consumer loansReview and understand title commitmentsUnderstand legal entities and their requirements for lendingUnderstand commercial loan documents, collateral, and requirements for perfecting security interestsScan and index loan documentsUtilize multiple software programs proficientlyMaintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the loan documentation processOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge of banking regulations and commercial and consumer loan documentationStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume workloadAbility to work independently and effectively problem-solveKnowledge of Microsoft Office products preferredHigh degree of typing accuracy preferredWhy Join Us?At Bank of Springfield, we believe our employees are at the heart of our success.
