Job DescriptionThis position offers remote flexibility; however, preference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid schedule from one of the locations listed below.Alpharetta, GA - Augusta, GA - El Paso, TX - Maitland, FL - Norfolk, VA - Schaumburg, IL - Tempe, AZApplications for this posting will be accepted until 08/12/2026.ADP is hiring a Talent Consultant for Comprehensive Talent in the Upmarket space. In this role you will serve as the designated strategic talent consultant for your assigned book of business, partnering with executives and practitioners to support in executing the client’s talent goals and objectives for companies sized 150-999 employees.The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things talent, be highly specialized in the full talent life cycle, and be able to assist clients with strategic talent initiatives. They will be adept at asking probing questions to design and help execute a talent strategy that is highly customized to the clients' needs - incorporating competitive insight, industry best practices, and client data to help clients achieve their employee growth, engagement and retention goals. Responsibilities:Partner with clients to build a Talent Strategy Plan and proactively identify talent-focused objectives, initiatives, and priorities throughout the client lifecycleProvide strategic guidance on all areas of the talent lifecycle such as talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, employee development, succession planning, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, and turnover reductionLead project and stakeholder management for custom Talent initiatives for clientImplement and optimize WFN talent modules to create efficiencies and streamline processes to line up with strategic recommendations outlined in the Talent Strategy PlanDeliver talent technology demos and overviews to client practitionersCreate and provide clients with customized training material on WFN talent technology as needed to ensure managers and employees are up to date on current processesDeliver instructor-led training to client practitioners, managers, or employees on talent-related topics such as leadership, diversity and inclusion, team building, emotional intelligence, and moreLeverage data from WFN Enhanced Insights and Analytics to provide data driven strategic talent recommendationsConsult with client on employee training to promote workforce engagement and developmentBuild internal relationships and coordinate with other ADP teams and third parties, enabling seamless delivery of ADP Services and work with sales teams to educate our sales managers about the product and partner with them on qualified prospect callsResponsible for understanding and staying informed on overall talent landscape to effectively guide clientsResponsible for the satisfaction and retention of Comp Talent clients in their book of businessReport on and deliver presentations to senior leadership on health of book of business and overall offering in UpmarketIdentify opportunities to evolve and grow the Comp Talent offeringTo succeed in this role: (required qualifications)Minimum of 7 years' experience in one or more of the following: professional services, client services, sales, human resources environment including recruiting, with proven proficiency in managing client relationships and specialization in talent.BA/BS or equivalent in education and experienceIndustry knowledge of talent strategy including recruitment best practices, employee engagement strategies, and employee development strategyExperience developing and evaluating talent strategyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to demonstrate sound analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work through roadblocks independentlyAbility to learn Workforce Now technology quickly and expertlyAn advanced understanding of HCM metrics and ability to interpret the data and make strategic talent recommendationsUnderstand the talent landscape and employee lifecycleUp to 10-15% travel required based on client needsJob RequirementsBonus points for these: (preferred qualifications)An advanced understanding of Workforce Now talent technologyHave implemented talent technologyAn understanding of ADP's infrastructure and ADP's traditional and new products/services in business processing and outsourcing is helpful.An understanding of federal and state compliance labor lawsHR certifications including PHR, SHRM, SPHRAdaptability - Approaches change or newness positively-Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change by quickly adjusting behavior-Remains open to new ideas and new approachesAlignment - Works with others to set performance goals-Identifies and prioritizes required key actions and behaviors-Clarifies roles and responsibilities-Communicates expectations-Aligns goals with vision-Results Orientation - Accepts responsibility - Operates with commitment, effectiveness and determination-Demonstrates ownership and accountability of goals/assignments-Takes prompt action-Sets high standards for self-Works to overcome obstaclesService Orientation/Client Focus - Seeks to understand and meet customers' needs-Builds rapport and cooperative relationships with customers-Responds quickly to meet customer needs-Takes personal responsibility for resolving customer problems#LI-HybridJob DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeSalaried: Salaried
