Outreach & Engagement Specialist (Homeless Services)
Frontier Behavioral Health
Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Specialist to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to homeless adults with severe mental illnesses. This role includes outreach, engagement, and documentation across community settings. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field and have excellent communication skills.
