Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Technician to join our Engineering Team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management and ensuring timely resolution of all issues. This role requires a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting and solving a variety of building maintenance issues.
