AKey Responsibilitie
sSAP & Systems Managemen
- tLook up and manage Purchase Orders (PO ), Delivery Orders (DO ), and Sales Orders (SO )
- .Cross-reference Handling Unit 2 fields
.Freight Exception & Invoice Queue Managemen
- tIdentify assigned plants for freight bills that fail to auto-code based on logic parameters
- .Select the correct General Ledger (GL) accoun t and apply it to invoices based on identified information
- .Cross-reference carrier documents and carrier websites to assist with exception resolution
.Logistics & Documentatio
- nUtilize Bills of Lading (BOL), references, and locations to identify and apply the correct codes
.Job Requirement
sExperience & Qualification
- sEducation : Must have at least an Associate's degre e
- .Experience : Minimum 3 years of experienc e facilitating import/export shipments and transportation compliance
- .Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with SA P and freight/carrier document management
- .Soft Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills in English; problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
