Responsibilities Partner closely with Commercial Finance and Analytics teams to accelerate ongoing projects. Convert manual, fragmented reporting into scalable dashboards and repeatable processes. Connect financial and operational drivers to improve business performance transparency. Enable leaders to spend less time preparing data and more time acting on insights. Build or improve financial reporting, KPI dashboards, or management information solutions. Collaborate with Analytics, Data, BI, IT, or systems teams to deliver reporting solutions. Operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment. Create momentum in ambiguous, cross-functional projects and bring structure and urgency. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, business analytics, or related discipline. Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and data interpretation skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with large or complex datasets. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
