Responsibilities

Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth

Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness

Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently

Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans

Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes

Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders

Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience

5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work independently, supervise and motivate others

Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to make decisions collaboratively and solve problems under pressure
