Purchasing Analyst Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in our supply chain. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure fair pricing, resulting in cost savings for the organization. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock at the right time. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Provide regular reports and analytics to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategic solutions. Purchasing Analyst Requirements Entry‑level candidate with a strong desire to learn and grow in the purchasing field. Ability to support requests from 10–15 healthcare facilities. Experience with an ERP system is a plus. Customer‑service oriented. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
