Osborne Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing company serving the Omaha metro area. Our projects include residential new construction, residential remodels, service installations, and light commercial work. We believe in giving our employees the tools, equipment, and support they need to succeed.
Compensation & BenefitsPay: $42-$50, based on experience and qualifications.

Tuition reimbursement for approved plumbing education
As a Journeyman Plumber, you will work independently and as part of our team to complete a variety of plumbing projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Install plumbing systems in residential new construction homes
- Complete residential remodels and plumbing installations
- Perform light commercial build-outs and remodels
- Read blueprints, plans, and specification sheets
- Lead projects from rough-in through final inspection
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and inspectors
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
A service-focused position may also be available for qualified applicants.
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
Preferred qualifications:
- Omaha Journeyman Plumber license
- Experience in residential new construction and remodeling
- Ability to read blueprints and specification sheets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical job duties
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
