Part-Time Spa Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team at Germantown Day Spa. This staff member is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in creating a warm, relaxing, and elevated spa experience. Please note that this part-time position is specifically for Thursday evenings and Saturdays only. We are seeking someone who is consistently available to work both shifts. Responsibilities Representing the spa’s brand and image through presenting a professional appearance, exhibiting a welcoming demeanor, and ensuring a well-maintained lobby and atmosphere Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, recommending services and retail products, completing transactions, and rebooking future appointments Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently for all service providers and clients Communicating clearly and effectively with service providers and management to support efficient daily operations Adhering to all front desk policies, procedures, and operational standards Completing opening and closing procedures for the spa as scheduled Replenishing products as needed to ensure visually appealing retail displays Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Professional, polished appearance and positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Choose901
