THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established global infrastructure and modular solutions company expanding across the U.S. They provide space, site, and infrastructure solutions to commercial, industrial, construction, government, and project-based customers. The Atlanta market is a new growth opportunity, giving this Branch Manager the resources of a large organization with the autonomy to help build a local business from the ground up. The company has strong branch leadership retention and a track record of promoting successful leaders into larger roles.

THE JOB

The Branch Manager will lead the launch and growth of a new Greater Atlanta branch. Initially, this person will be a hands-on, customer-facing selling manager focused on building relationships and generating business before the physical branch is fully established. As the market grows, the Branch Manager will help build the local team, oversee branch performance, and lead continued expansion.

Responsibilities include:

• Launch and grow the Greater Atlanta market.
• Build customer relationships and generate new business.
• Sell to commercial, industrial, construction, and project-based customers.
• Manage branch revenue, profitability, EBIT, and operational performance.
• Help determine the team structure as the branch grows.
• Hire, develop, and lead future sales and branch employees.
• Partner with regional leadership to grow local market share.
• Maintain strong customer service, urgency, and follow-through.
• Operate independently while staying aligned with company standards.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years of branch, market, sales, or operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing people in a B2B environment.
• Strong customer-facing sales and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable helping build a new market or branch.
• Exposure to P&L, revenue, margin, or branch-level financial performance.
• Background in equipment rental, modular, industrial supply, construction services, fleet rental, site services, or a similar industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the Greater Atlanta market is a plus.
• Hands-on, practical leadership style.
• Competitive, confident, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer-facing presence.
• Motivated by building and growing a business, not simply maintaining one.

THE BENEFITS

• $85K–$95K base salary.
• Approximately $25K annual performance bonus.
• Company vehicle or approximately $1,000/month car allowance.
• Expected total earning potential of approximately $125K–$145K+.
