Athletics Marketing Game Day Assistant

Athletics Marketing Game Day Assistant Location: Providence, Rhode Island; Position: 11-month part-time, seasonal; Scheduled weekly hours: 10; Type: Employee. The Athletics Marketing Game Day Assistant will assist the Athletics Marketing Department in executing a variety of game day tasks surrounding the experience for both spectators and players. Major Tasks Assist with specific game day preparation. Coordinate and execute in‑game promotions (selecting contestants, bringing them on field/court/etc.). Set up and take down equipment. Interact with fans in a friendly manner. Be knowledgeable about the event taking place. Assist with handling Bruno, the mascot, when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn the basic rules of sporting events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Weekday afternoon/evening and weekend availability. A team‑oriented mindset. A desire to learn.
