Job Description

Title: Guidewire Business Analyst with Cloud Upgradation Exp

Location: IA or Remote

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 08+ Years

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and developers to gather and document requirements for Guidewire cloud upgrades.
Analyze existing on-prem Guidewire implementations and identify upgrade/migration impact.
Create detailed business and functional requirements for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter modules.
Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams during cloud migration planning and execution.
Assist in data migration, integration testing, and UAT activities during cloud upgrades.
Support configuration and implementation efforts on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
Manage and track deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and security standards.
Provide post-migration support and documentation for end-users and teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum 08 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C insurance industry.
Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades or migrations .
Proficiency in one or more Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter.
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) or similar cloud-hosted platforms.
Guidewire Cloud Certification is must.
