Family Dollar - 494 Main Street - Responsibilities: Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities; Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns; Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas; Perform opening and closing procedures; Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits; Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets; Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
