Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long‑term conditions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the position. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients and productivity expectations of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour. Experience or willingness to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture. Ability to work the posted schedule: Monday–Friday daytime shifts with some clinics offering extended hours, rotating Saturday availability (about once per month), and potential 4x10 options. Typical schedule examples include M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and T/Th shorter clinic hours; some locations offer 4x10 schedules and rotating Saturdays about once per month. Average patient volume: 18–20 patients per day. Peak capacity may reach up to 3 patients per hour. Support: Full‑time therapy aides commonly assigned; staffing ratios vary by clinic size. Mentorship: 13‑week mentorship program available for new graduates and clinicians with 1–2 years of experience at select clinics. Career growth: Organization is expanding rapidly in NJ and CT with frequent openings for Clinic Director and Regional Director roles.
