Certified Nursing Assistant Position - Full Time (6 AM - 6 PM) and (2pm-10pm)

About the Role
Allure of Mt Carroll is seeking dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families. As a CNA, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our residents through a variety of care services. We are looking for candidates who are not only compassionate and professional but also possess a strong sense of discretion.

Provide high-quality care and support to residents
Assist with daily living activities
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Ensure the comfort and safety of all residents

Requirements
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license
Hold a CPR certification
Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
Must have a current IL license
