DescriptionKforce's client is a registered investment advisor located in downtown Boston and is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant. The position offers a quick path to supervisor and offers challenging work, as well as a chance to work on a broad variety of business investments.Responsibilities:* The Senior Accountant will perform accounting for multiple entities, investments, real estate, significant asset holdings (multiple classes), trusts and other related businesses for an assigned group of clients* Preparing & reviewing monthly financial statements/reports* Support external audits* Preparing & reviewing financial summaries requested by clients* Month-end reconciliations* Provide continuous support on improved processes and efficiencies* Support tax group w/tax workpapers* Various financial projects for clientsRequirements* BS in Accounting* Public accounting background/CPA desirable* Minimum 4+ years of general accounting* Strong Excel and systems aptitude* Strong work ethic* Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentJob TypeDirect HireCompensation115000 - $125000
