Warranty Administrator
Toyota Of Rockwall
Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process warranty claims through our software system
- Prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors for defective parts
- Verify criteria required by factory or distributor; attached all required documentation to warranty invoice
- Must be able to maintain an eye for accuracy and detail in a busy environment.
- Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid and/or rejected claims
- Maintain positive working relations with factory and extended warranty contacts
- Review weekly with Service Manager outstanding warranty claims
- Track warranty parts by tagging, report scrapping status to Service Manager weekly
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor
- Assist Service Office as needed with answering service phone and assisting customers
- Keeping schedules clean, up to date, and current in receiving payment is a must
- Oversee the cashiering department
