What You'll Do:

• Assembling, integrating, and testing complex electrical and mechanical subsystems.
• Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Interpreting and following technical documentation, including work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Operating a variety of tools and equipment (e.g., hand tools, power tools, multimeters, test fixtures, lifting equipment).
• Accurately recording test data and communicating findings to cross-functional teams.
• Identifying, documenting, and processing non-conforming materials in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Completing necessary training and certifications within defined timelines.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
• 1+ years of experience with documentation practices (electronic or paper-based).

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Manufacturing or Automotive or Engineering Technology.
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with torque tools (mechanical and digital torque wrenches).
• Experience loading and installing firmware/software on complex systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documentation (drawings, procedures, schematics).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and willingness to speak up when quality is at risk.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
