1+ year in a high-volume customer service and/or retention environment, handling complex customer needs. * Demonstrated results delivering strong FCR and CSAT/NPS performance. * Hands-on technical support experience troubleshooting device/hardware, software applications, and network connectivity issues. * Experience using CRM/ticketing systems to document interactions and track issues through resolution.
