Tax Manager

Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing and preparing complex tax returns, reviewing staff work, and providing guidance and training to junior staff members.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns
• Manage and supervise a team of tax staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Review and detail staff work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement changes as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive services to clients

Requirements:
• CPA license required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax preparation and management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an office environment, with potential for hybrid work arrangements
