As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects and help drive successful outcomes for our clients and teams. What You’ll Do Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction through final closeout Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain project momentum Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout packages Monitor budgets, job costs, cash flow, forecasting, and overall project performance Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety expectations Identify risks early, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate project updates proactively Support business objectives through strong customer relationships and exceptional project delivery What You Bring 3–10 years of project management experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset Commitment to safety, accountability, and delivering quality work Why Join Walker White Mechanical?
