What You’ll Do* Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.* Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)* Partner with clients to innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences using advanced analytics and emerging technologies.* Use interviews, workshops and insights from data to diagnose and solve the real problems impacting operating margin and deliver business value quickly.* Execute across disciplines - analytics, technology, process and op model design - to create holistic solutions.* Work independently, as a team member, or as a mentor of other consultants and/or clients to ensure successful project delivery.* Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term trusting relationships quickly at all levels.What You’ll Bring* Prior Consulting Background is highly preferred for Senior Consultant+ levels* IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) required* Experience in one or more of these areas: Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.* Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.* Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel required; Tableau (or similar BI tool), SQL, Python or R a plus.* Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.), agile development and change management are a plus.* Track record of building and delivering presentations that clearly and simply communicate complex ideas, quantitative insights and recommendations to senior executives.* BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.* Ability to travel depending on your preference, client needs and safety.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $102,000 to $147,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $94,000 to $135,000. And for all other locations the range is $86,000 to $120,000.The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $131,000 to $185,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $149,000 to $176,000. And for all other locations the range is $137,000 to $160,000.In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
