ABOUT THE ROLE

REMplenish is looking for a talented, versatile, part-time Marketing Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital channels.

This is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on designing organic social content, email campaigns, and select paid social creative. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to translate established concepts, messaging, and campaign strategies into polished, engaging creative that feels consistent across every customer touchpoint.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands how creative needs to adapt across different digital channels, and is comfortable moving between larger campaign concepts and fast-turn production work. You should be equally comfortable working within an established visual identity and finding new ways to keep the brand fresh.

At REMplenish, we’re working to make airway health simple, understood, and accessible. Our flagship product, the REMplenish Myo-Nozzle™, turns an everyday habit—drinking water—into resistance training for the tongue, mouth, and throat. You’ll help us communicate that story through thoughtful, compelling design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design organic social content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
• Create visually engaging email campaigns and supporting graphics.
• Develop static and select motion-based creative for paid social advertising.
• Translate campaign concepts, creative briefs, messaging, and brand direction into finished marketing assets.
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, sizes, placements, and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Support product launches, promotions, educational campaigns, and other marketing initiatives with digital creative.
• Work with photography, product imagery, typography, illustration, and other brand assets to create compelling compositions.
• Collaborate with marketing team members, copywriters, contractors, and other creative partners.
• Maintain organized working files and ensure assets are prepared appropriately for their intended channels.
• Contribute ideas for improving creative execution and evolving the REMplenish visual brand.
• Part-time availability (15-20 hours / week), with potential to expand into full-time role in future. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience, ideally supporting a consumerfacing brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful digital design across multiple formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for social media and email.
• Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while still bringing creativity and fresh thinking to the work.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain consistency across a high volume of assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a part-time environment.
• Comfortable receiving creative direction, incorporating feedback, and collaborating with a broader marketing team.
• Self-directed and dependable, with the ability to take a project from brief through finished execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma.
• Experience developing creative for Meta or other paid digital advertising channels.
• Experience with basic animation, motion graphics, or short-form video editing.
• Experience designing within email marketing platforms or for ecommerce brands.
• Background in health, wellness, consumer products, or other regulated or education-driven categories.
• Experience working with startups, emerging brands, or fast-moving marketing teams.
