The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations. Responsibilities Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. Schedule appointments with accuracy and extreme attention to detail. Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Manager. Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ memberships and products. Assist in all in‑store operational processes. Ensure store cleanliness and brand standards are adhered to at all times. Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures. Attend mandatory training and team meetings. Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure board compliance at all times. Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
