Director of Social Media

My client a leader in the bridal industry is seeking a Director of Social Media and Content to join their growing team. Oversee a team of four and drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion through innovative social campaigns, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and data-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-brand social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Shape distinct brand voices and platform-specific content strategies. Lead social-first campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and real-time content creation. Oversee content calendars, community management, creator relationships, and digital asset organization. Analyze social performance, establish KPIs, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Partner closely with Marketing, PR, Events, Sales, Creative, Digital, and Product teams to align social initiatives with business goals. Mentor and develop a high-performing social media team while serving as the organization's social media expert. Qualifications 8+ years of social media experience, preferably within fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or bridal brands. 3–5+ years managing and developing teams. Proven success building and scaling social media programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Deep expertise across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and social content trends. Strong experience with influencer marketing, creative production, social analytics, and reporting tools including GA4, Brandwatch, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and content scheduling platforms. Strong creative storytelling, business acumen, and executive-level communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
