Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with excellent benefits? We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional to join our team and help keep our manufacturing equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Repair motors, bearings, belts, sensors, valves, wiring, and other machine components.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, boiler, and glycol chilling systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work closely with production teams.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, or facility maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
